John started with the firm as a Property Clerk in 1995, having previously worked for a firm of Solicitors. He became a Director in 2002 and Partner in 2008.
John was Deacon of the Incorporation of Wrights in Glasgow (2014/2015), a charitable organisation which is one of the fourteen ancient incorporated crafts in the Trades House of Glasgow. He still serves the Wrights on their Master Court as Director of Education. He previously served for five years as a Director of The Property Managers Association (Scotland) Ltd.
John's personal interests include adding to his collection of vinyl records, travelling, surprisingly frequent visits to the gym and spending time with family.
Joanne joined the firm in 2000 as a Typist/Receptionist. Joanne advanced to the role of Property Manager in 2007 and became a Director of the firm in 2017, then Partner in 2019.
She performs an integral role in the running of the firm.
One of Joanne's specialities is in the promotion of grant-aided tenemental refurbishment schemes in the City of Glasgow.
Joanne’s interests include reading, travelling and architecture.
Callum joined the firm in May, 2018, having previously worked for the firm of Hacking & Paterson as an Assistant Property Manager for approximately two years.
Prior to that, Callum had advanced to the post of Assistant Manager of a company providing services to the Sports Industry.
Callum's interests include playing Football, Golf and Squash.
Callum was assumed into the Directorship in October, 2022 and plays in pivotal role in terms of new business. He currently serves as a Director of the Property Managers Association (Scotland) Ltd., since being appointed in 2023.
Mary has performed the role of Paralegal since joining the firm in 2009.
She was employed by David Watson Property Management for nine years and then Hacking & Paterson for a further ten. Mary latterly worked for Grant & Wilson as their Paralegal for ten years, having qualified in 1999.
Mary has made a huge impact in her fifteen years with the firm in terms of credit control. The emphasis with that sort of work is on 'firm but fair' - we endeavour to apply the latter to every case.
Brian joined the firm in 2019 having previously retired from a Directorship of the firm of Ross & Liddell.
Brian has over forty years of experience in Property Management as well as having served a number of other Directorships.
Among Brian's interests are travelling, sailing, golf and classic cars.
Michelle joined the firm in 2007 having previously worked for a local Housing Association.
Aside from managing a district of properties in Glasgow's West End, Michelle performs a key general administrative role within the firm.
Michelle's interests include reading, travelling and devoting time to family.
Leigh joined the firm in June, 2008, having worked in an administrative capacity for a number of companies since leaving school.
Initially, Leigh worked as an Accounts Assistant, later progressing to the role of Assistant Property Manager. Leigh was assigned her own district of properties in Spring, 2018 and continues to develop her impressive skills base.
Leigh enjoys reading, ice skating and spending time with her family.
Michael joined the firm in June, 2016, having previously worked for a prominent Lettings Agency and a firm of Commercial Surveyors prior to that. Having previously managed the firm's letting portfolio, he now manages a district of properties in the south side of Glasgow.
His interests include archaeology, reading and hill-walking.
Sharon joined the firm in 2021, having previously worked with a number of prominent Property Management firms in a career so far spanning over twenty years.
Sharon manages a district of properties spanning the South, East and West of Glasgow.
Sharon's interests include travelling and devoting time to family, friends and her dogs.
John joined the firm in 2022, having previously worked for Ross & Liddell for over twenty years.
John manages a district of properties spanning the South and West end of Glasgow.
John enjoys climbing mountains and leading hikes/walks. He also enjoys reading, music and studying languages.
Charlotte joined the firm in 2018, having previously worked in hospitality. She was initially employed as an Assistant Property Manager, before being promoted in February, 2024.
Charlotte manages a district of properties located in the South Side of Glasgow.
Charlotte's interests include travelling (particularly cycling), thrifting, cats, podcasts, literature and
history.
