Macfie & Co. Management Services Ltd. are responsible for the management of an extensive portfolio of properties located throughout the West of Scotland.

Our core services encompass maintaining communal aspects of multi-occupancy blocks, such as the external fabric of the building, internal communal elements – such as stairwells and communal grounds, etc.

Our core duties include:

• Arranging common maintenance and undertaking necessary repairs.
• Seeking competitive quotes from well-established contractors for major works required.
• Arranging Communal Buildings Insurance through a firm of insurance brokers.
• Assisting the owners with queries in relation to communal maintenance problems.
• Collecting payment from the owners in terms of communal expenditure.

All of the work we do is subject to sufficient instruction and funding being provided by the collective owners.
